Why doesn't ebay stop other member using my description/photos
HiAm really fed up with other members using either my photos or descriptions or both, in the past I have reported sometimes other listing have changed photos etc, however, lately ebay do nothing perhaps not a lot of point if only a few days or so left to run. But I reported incident 14days ago (was listed for 30days)same listing still running I reported again on Friday and Saturday and listing is still running with over 16 days left to run.

Hi, maybe I'm being a bit dim here, but I can't find anywhere in prefferences that will allow me to stop receiving listing confirmation emails and emails that say my item did not sell. HELP, i have two cards, one bank card and one credit card plus my bank account. When i bought something today, it wouldnt let me use any of the cards only my bank account with a 5 day clearance, not very good for the person i bought off of. Hi,A Small thing, but an irritating one....When viewing my Saved Searches and using the back Button to return from viewing items to the Saved Searches Page I am always returned to the top of the page. This never used to happen; I used to be returned to the same place in the list as I had just viewed. I get bored of scrolling back down the list again. I'm using Firefox as my browser. Icons next to my eBay name/number
I've been using eBay for just over 1 month only to buy. Until a couple of days ago had both a "gold star" and a little " gold man icon". Seller Dashboard Query
Hope this is the right place for this. I am totaly confused. On my seller dashboard under the "Buyer Satisfaction" it states: You need to offer PayPal as a payment method. Also note that PayPal may hold funds until the buyer leaves positive Feedback or until the carrier confirms delivery.But under My Ebay / Paypal Account it states: Your eBay account is linked with your PayPal account: j****@y******* (I have *'d out my email address for obvious reasons).So in one place it says I need to offer Paypal as a payment form (bearing in mind I ONLY accept Paypal and no other form of Payment on my auctions), and my ebay shows my Paypal and Ebay accounts are linked - and all Ebay fees are paid via Paypal anyway. Also to list an item via TurboLister you MUST accept paypal anyway or it won't list!What the heck is this all about and how do I correct this issue? There is no way on the Seller Dashboard I can see to change or update the info to clear this.Any ideas anyone?

I bid and won an item that was listed as a Radley handbag but when it arrived it is a fake. I'm very disappointed but don't know where I stand. I'm posting this on here, because last time I had a query about my feedback, the answer from e-bay was (almost) unintellible! I THINK I now have a better gist of how feedback works, but, bearing in mind I don't think there are many (if any) feedback ratings from the same seller in a week, can some kindly person explain to me in words of one syllable, why my rating shows as 48yellow star, when the breakdown shows:Recent Feedback Ratings (last 12 months) 1 month 6 months 12 months Positive 10 50 59 Neutral 0 0 0 Negative 0 0 0 (oops - the formatting hasn't copied, but hope you can make sense of it!).As I have had 119 positive feedbacks in the last year, shouldn't that show with my star?

TECHNICAL Q=Can't view 'question from buyer'
On the MY EBAY page, under 'announcements' I have 'one item with a question from a buyer', however, when i click on this and am sent to the ACTIVE SELLING page, it says I have nothing for sale, when I have 16 items for sale all ending within a week. Hi, can anyone help,a buyer has left positive feedback, but written for all to see, "seriously doubt authenticity".The item they are talking about is a 100% authentic Burberry toiletry bag, that i bought myself in Burberrys at Freeport designer shopping village, what can i do? Also Ebay seem to be ignoring questions on why they remove listings as "Unauthorised Item", they removed two of my items because i had listed them wrong, prior to the removal, i realised i had made a listing mistake, and tried to revise it, but it wouldnt let me, said i was up to my limit on revising and selling these type of items. I contacted Ebay a number of times, finally got a reply saying i could revise item as a one off,tried to revise it, wouldnt allow me to, and then they removed these items from my listing alltogether. Due to this on my account board it shows this as an unauthorised item, with a very poor scoring. Im really fed up as i am quite new to selling, and everything i sell is authentic, this will stay on my account for one year, even though i tried to remedy it, Ebay know this but still removed it. How do I change my account without an edit button?
I opened a private account some months ago just for buying. I haven't used the account but now I want to sell. Hi , this is a quetion about something that is just annoying me but not of any importance really .I refunded a buyer that was no problem, it is the first time however i have given a full refund,the point that is annoying me is - on my reminder in my ebay it is showing the symbol of a sideways m ' buyer requests their payment total on one item' and i cant get rid of it , is this normal when you give a refund, please save my sanity on this annoying 'thing' i can't get rid of.

Is anyone else having problems trying to leave feedback?I have two items I've been trying to leave feedback for and for some reason it won't let me. I can click in the circle for positive feedback but then when I click on "Leave Feedback" nothing happens. I'm not able to get the box to type into.

finding my previous listings
Hi, I wonder if someone can help me.I sold a number of items in June this year and wanted to have a look at the ads that i placed so I tried to search for them in completed listings but they did not appear. They are not in my sold items in My ebay either as things tend to drop off after a month or so, so now I cannot find them.Do they just disappear for ever or are they in a secret place where only experienced ebayers can find them?Please advisethank youLouise

drop down buttons not working
my buy,sell,my ebay,community,help drop down buttons have stopped working when hovering the mouse arrow over any of the said drop down buttons this is what i get highlighted##1####2##can anybody help me out over this problem not sure if i should of posted this here but dont know where else i can raise this issue

WHY IS EBAY SO AGAINST ME SELLING?
The brainless fools behind there computors seem to have too much power.I have had nothing but bad luck from them banning me for months on end.I have been banned for selling a disc that the company didnt like me selling.Firstly they said it was a copy,then when iproved it wasnt they said it breaks there other rights.I served a month ban for this just recently.But blow me two weeks later they are bullying me again this time because i left the words make me an offer in one of my listings i changed from buy it now to auction,a innocent mistake,but a few days ban no the lessnow again a few weeks on they banned me again for seller non-performance.Now i have a feedback of 99.4 and have had two negatives about a yeat ago(dec/may).Everything has been perfect since then.But according to them im a bad seller,Can anyone explain why they are doing this to me?They have given me another months ban,but cant explain whyI have phoned customer service twice and they have hung up cps they cant answer the questionsIs this right.They say they are trying to make it a safer place for buyersyeah soon there be no sellers,so the buyers wont have anything to buy.Im sick of them treating the sellers like dirtI saw a guy that had about 8 negatives on 300 and it took them a couple of weeks to ban himwhy are they bullying me cos they dont want to answer my emails????

sellers replying with abuse/insults to negative feedback
hi, does ebay do anything about sellers who reply with abuse or insults when they receive negative feedback? For people who do not have 100% positive, I always check their replies to negative or neutral - and often I am shocked by the language used by sellers... some are not just rude and unprofessional but even call their buyers really insulting names! And these are left there in black and white for everyone to see... really upsetting. Does ebay do anything about these bullies, is there any way I can report such instances even if it has nothing to do with me directly? I find myself scared to leave honest feedback because of what abuse the seller might hurl at me.

How do I stop sponsored links
HiHow do I stop sponsored links showing other people sale items ABOVE my listing. When I click onto my listing I then have to scroll down about half a page before I get to my listing. Have gone into my account- site preferences - general now shows as No authorisations to revoke but still sponsored links are there even on items I listed after I made change.Thanks in anticipation

Hi I was trying to find the contact button to send a message to the seller, has I have multi purchased and was therefore hoping for adjustment to P P, and I seem to have deleted my purchases from my page, and I will need to pay for them! I didn't know I could do that. What do I do! if I purchase them again I might end up having to buy two lots.

Hi, yet again i am back here with another problem and really need your advice again. 14 days ago i won a ring and paid for it two days later but over the last fortnight she is constantly saying she has been going to send it, today i got another email with a excuse of saying she cant do postage labels? Why cant she use a pen to write my address and also she is having trouble with paypal but she got my payment ages ago so would it matter if pay pal was a problem as she would have had a receipt to say i had paid, her words were today, i might post it tomorrow, the word might does not sound right! What is the Add to List Button for?
Can anyone tell me what the Add to List button is for on the MyEbay page for sold items? Add to what list? I don't want to press it for fear of losing anything off my page. Also, how do I access archived transactions? Some of my history (from 2009) has disappeared off MyEbay so I can't leave feedback etc. for those ebayers who take too long to close a transaction. When you sell a lot, it seems items disappear off the page a lot quicker. Cheers

Hi, I recently bought two items from one seller, and one item from another seller, all of which are fine. My question is: As I collected the items and paid at the time of collection, how do I get the "I need to pay for 3 items" message out of my-ebay page? Is this up to the vendors or e-bay or me?Thanks in advance.
