The "Leave Feedback" button doesn't work for me! Help!

I am new ebay user. (First time). I got the product and am happy with it. I tried to leave feedback to seller. But I went into the leave back page and clicked the button. Nothing happened. But the "cancel" button beside it works. Any idea? Thanks.
