Payment made but shows as owing.

Hi, I recently bought two items from one seller, and one item from another seller, all of which are fine. My question is: As I collected the items and paid at the time of collection, how do I get the "I need to pay for 3 items" message out of my-ebay page? Is this up to the vendors or e-bay or me?Thanks in advance.
