I don't know if they are scams or not, but ask yourself: would you pay over 500 for two world cup final tickets if:
Two different people were selling two tickets each side by side AND
One was in America and one was in the UK ? AND
The enay listing was identical AND
even the hotmail address in the listings was identical
someone will though ---- I just hope they use a credit card
