refund

Hi , this is a quetion about something that is just annoying me but not of any importance really .I refunded a buyer that was no problem, it is the first time however i have given a full refund,the point that is annoying me is - on my reminder in my ebay it is showing the symbol of a sideways m ' buyer requests their payment total on one item' and i cant get rid of it , is this normal when you give a refund, please save my sanity on this annoying 'thing' i can't get rid of.
