bumbo seat warning

My granddaughter age 4 months had a bumbo chair bought, while sitting in the chair on the floor in a carpeted lounge, with her parents present she stretched her legs out and tipped the chair over backwards, she is now 20months and quite tall for her age but not a giant by any means,we threw it out.
