The touch lid of my 30ltr Brabantia Waste Bin became faulty, and I also immediately thought of ebay to get a replacement, then I read the guide from one kind ebayer, and it is absolutely correct. I did not have the receipt as it was a housewarming gift from my parents about 3 years ago, but I telephoned Brabantia direct - 0870 2407641 - and they immediately agreed to send a replacement, free of charge. Hope this saves you some money, as I noticed one ebayer selling their lid for 36!!
